Study On Risk Management About Logistics Park Location Of Weifang City

With the development of the economic and the universalization of the information, modern logistics was promoted. Logistics Park is the main link in the supply chain and important nodes of the logistics systems. Therefore, the planning and construction of modern logistics park, in promoting China’s logistics industry and the rapid development of the logistics park to play intensive, transport convergence and the support of the Joint expansion, and enhance logistics services and management levels, and promote regional economic development has an important strategic significance. The construction of logistics park would take a lot of land resources, a huge amount of investment, without scientific planning on building the investment risks were enormous.The location problem has been a hot spot among Logistics theories, whether it is appropriate will directly determine operational efficiency, and it can play a role in the socio-economic development. The logistics park location is the key to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency. However, there are too many uncertainties in the enterprises in the location, such as the relevant information asymmetry, people having limited knowledge and subjective judgment, which led to a major risk on the Logistics Park location.This article discusses and studies on risk management about logistics park location of WEIFANG city viewing Weifang City Logistics Park location as the research object, according to domestic and international risk management and logistics park construction plan status, combining with the geographical environment and the economic and social development of Weifang City, First of all, the status and trends of the modern logistics industry and scholars studying at home and abroad on Logistics Park location issues and risk management is analyzed; second we describe the basic meaning of the logistics park, the importance of location selection, basic principles and the main contents of risk management; next we analyze the location risk of the Logistics Park according to the procedures of Risk Identification-Risk Analysis- Risk response planning.Focusing on risk analysis and evaluation process, the paper use the analytic hierarchy process to assess the location risk factors. Finally, we have a better understanding of the risks through the Analytic Hierarchy Process, so it is provided some measures from a different perspective to deal with the location risks.
