In recent years,risk management is the core function and basic task of modern commercial banks,more and more commercial banks begin to attach importance to risk management.In aspect,the main starting point of risk management of commercial banks is to help commercial banks to prevent or reduce losses,thus guaranteeing the smooth operation of commercial banks;on the other hand,the risk management of commercial banks can guarantee the normal operation of the whole commercial banking system and ensure the stability of the financial order.Risk management of location of commercial bank has been research subject of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,which is one of the main tasks of commercial bank risk management.Determining the influence factors of location of commercial bank risk and quantifying the location size is a top priority.Based on the background we study the article.On the basis of summarizing the basic situation of the current location of commercial banks,this paper illustrates the significance,and summarizes the research situation of risk control in location selection projects of commercial banks,and on this basis,it shows the research ideas and structure of the paper in the form of charts.On the basis of relevant theories of location of the commercial banks,combined with commercial bank branch location principle and the internal and external factors that affect commercial bank branch location,the paper uses Delphi method to identify the risk of commercial bank branch location factors as market risk,strategic risk,environment risk,management risk,risk of data.Secondly,on the basis of comparing the risk assessment method of the site selection of commercial banks,the paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to explain the specific steps of site selection of commercial banks,and combines simulation case to identify the risk sizes of the three alternative locations as Qunli New District,Limin Development District and Daowai District and Qunli New District is determined as the best site.Finally,the paper combines theoretical research and practical situation,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the risk of commercial bank site selection,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the site selection of commercial banks.
