The Research On The Economic Benefit Evaluation Of Longteng Steel High Strength Steel Production Technical Improvement Project

Technological industrialization and the development of high-tech has constantly promoted the birth and development of knowledge-based economy. The position of technology and knowledge grows with each passing day in economic growth nowadays, due to the growing world competition. Whether a country could retain its technological edge or not, is a critical factor of its comprehensive national strength and international competition power. As to a enterprise, the economic benefit of production technical improvement has a straight influence on the development of the company as well. Thus, research on the economic benefit of production technical improvement and the existence question, and putting forward solution according to the company’s actual condition and environment, have a significant meaning to a company’s production technology reform and its future developments.This paper takes the economic benefit evaluation of Longteng steel high strength steel production technical improvement project as the thread, proposes an index system that applies to the economic benefit evaluation that needed by modern social enterprise’s development. Considering the current situation of enterprise production technical improvement, feasible forecasting and evaluation method are put forward. This paper analyzes its formation mechanism, influences and evaluation index by giving definition of the economic benefit of Longteng steel high strength steel production technical improvement project, and puts forward the steel enterprise economic benefits evaluation theory. Then, by using AHP fuzzy evaluation method, this paper built steel enterprise economic benefit evaluation index system, and appraises Longteng steel’s economic benefit. Finally, on the basis of steel enterprise economic benefits evaluation system, enterprise actual, and index’s weight and score, the comprehensive evaluate result of steel enterprise’s economic benefit is calculated. The conclusion that enhancing reduced heat of unite and saved power of facility could improve economic returns of high strength steel production technical improvement is drawn according to the statistical results. And the total economic benefit of high strength steel production technical improvement can be calculated according to the extent of these factors’ influence on it and specific projects’ actual situation.
