Animal Products Quality Safety Status And Suggestion Of Risk Control Of A Certain City

With the rapid development of animal husbandry in China, livestock industry provides a large number of meat, eggs, milk and other animal products for our citizens every year, which greatly improves the national diet structure and quality of life. As the society and economy advances amazingly, people become more and more concerned about food safety. Livestock is an important part of food, so ensuring the quality safety of animal products is of great significance.Through reviewing literature, consulting managers and technicians in the far m of a certain city, digging into the farm’s archives and the relevant monitorin g data which is obtained from the animal husbandry and veterinary administrati ve department, the agricultural product quality safety management department a nd food supervision and management department, the author makes a contrastiv e study and comprehensive analysis of these data.The specific content includes t hree aspects as follows.First, the main problems of the quality and safety of livestock products in our country.(1) drug abuse and excessive residue;(2) illegal additives added in feed and additives residue;(3) more animal diseases;(4) livestock contamination in the process of production;(5) more illegal operations and adulteration;(6) greater disease and feed prices impact on the production situation, etc.Second, the quality and safety status of livestock products in a certain city. And the status can be classified from livestock products:(1) meat safety;(2) egg safety;(3)dairy products safety;(4) the production situation of livestock products. This article makes a classification study of the varieties, categories and projects to find the causes of quality and safety issues.Third, risk factors that may affect the safety of animal products quality in a certain city are categorized as follows:(1) veterinary drugs;(2) feed;(3) the disease.In this article, unqualified veterinary medicines and feed are analyzed, and so is the incidence of epidemic diseases in a group, the proportion of major diseases which cause the death of livestock. Thus, risk control points are clarified.The author analyzes the situation of animal products quality and safety, key points of risk control in a certain city. And combined with the actual situation of the city, this paper proposes the future monitoring points, the focused spot objects andthe focal monitoring item. The study will provide a basis for ensuring the quality of animal products in a certain city and references for protecting the quality of animal products in China. To finally achieve the goal of improving the general level of quality and safety of livestock in our country.
