Research On The Development Situation Of Henan Province Farmer Cooperatives

Firstly, China’s agricultural production was rapid growth after twentieth Ce ntury 80’s from the history. The development speed is slowing down, especiallyafter China joined WTO.Based on the background of the market economy rap id development,Chinese agriculture more and more to participate in international competition.As society develops,the competition will be fiercer and fiercer.In o rder to occupy a place in the fierce international competition, China need to fi rst raising the systematization level of agriculture. The systematization level of agricu lture affects the competitiveness in international market.Farmers’ systematization le vel has to be in accordance with the development of productive forces.Henan is a traditional agricultural province,agricultural development is central to the local government’s work.But our current to the separation of land ownership and useright of land system, caused by excessive dispersion of agricultural productionin our province, causing the farmers organization degree is low.So our agricul tural production can’t meet the need of the development of market economy.An d restrict the sustainable development of agriculture in our province.Wanting to solve our province agricultural production dispersion problem fund amentally, we must encourage farmers to build a new agricultural business entitie s, and improve the degree of organization of farmers, to strengthen its cooperatio n with the outside world in various industries.The degree of organization of far mers increased, not only can enhance the bargaining power with the outside worl d, but also reduce the cost of agricultural production, which can enhance its co mpetitiveness in the international market, greatly enhance the ability to resist mark et risk of agriculture in our province.In this paper, through the method of literature collection and field investigati on, farmer cooperatives in Henan province were analyzed, in view of the curren t Henan Province,farmers’ professional cooperatives in planting phenomenon.Selecti ng Xiangcheng city "big guns" planting cooperatives is used as an example to stu dy the course of the investigation, the province found that farmers’ professional c ooperatives exist many problems.In order to realize the sustainable development of agriculture in our province economic solutions to these problems are inevita ble, based on summarizing the development of cooperatives USA and Japan, accor ding to the cooperative problem and put forward some suggestions and counterm easures. To improve the internal structure in the solution to the problem of localiz ation, cooperative law on the organization and implementation of tax preferential a fter, can promote the rapid development of agricultural economy.
