The Problems And Countermeasures In The Delevopment Of Mingdong Farrmers Professional Cooperatives

The old revolutionary base areas is main conditions of Mindong, The richer it is, the richer Mingdong is; and the stronger it is,the stronger Mingdong is. Under the background of the country being beneficial to the development of Farmers Professional Cooperative Economic Organization to establish and the policy that the country strengthens the support to old revolutionary base areas. In the light of the problems that Farmers Professional Cooperative Economic Organization has arisen in the establishment and development, we should adopt measures suiting local conditions. In order to provide decision-making reference for better development of the farmer professional cooperatives in Ningde city. The thesis intends to adopt qualitative analysis, normative analysis and empirical research method. By way of sampling, Questionnaire survey we randomly selected 360 farmers’ professional cooperatives in the 9 counties (city、area), sample size accounts for about 8% of the total, we grant 360 questionnaires and get the actual recovery of 315 and 307 shares of effective questionnaire altogether.307 samples of effective rate was 85.27%. Statistical analysis of the 307 survey samples, we mastered the farmer cooperatives first-hand information to provide the basis to solve real problems. Progress has been made in Mindong Farmers Professional Cooperatives development, but it is still in its infancy at present stage, and the overall development level is not high. We are now in an important period of a strategic opportunities for Mingdong Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives to develop, we face many challenges. Countermeasures to promote the development of Mingdong Farmers Professional Cooperatives:(1) Learn advanced experience, and enhance the barriers to entry. (2) Perfect the management policy, and promote standardization of cultivation and supervision work. (3) Construct the highland of technology and talent, and promote the professional development of the farmer cooperatives in the old revolutionary bases. (4) Explore the credit guarantee, perfect the financial supporting to farmers professional cooperatives development. (5) Strengthen services and guidance, promote the government public service quality and level.
