According to the 10th Five-Year Plan, called the "Go-out strategy’ China released encourages Chinese enterprises to go abroad and participate in foreign direct investment. It has supports the trend of China’s Foreign Direct Investment growth rate, and in 2014 China’s foreign direct investment topped one hundred billion US dollars at the first time, an increase of 14.1% from the previous year. There remains third rank in the world. This express with a preparatory performance of China’s foreign direct investment in the global. Thailand and China have a long history of trade relations, as well as international direct investment. China’s direct investment enterprises in Thailand has continued on a growth trend, expanding wider every year to apply for project investment of Chinese enterprises in Thailand. The H Group is one of the bigger investment projects in Thailand, which enjoys a high reputation in domestic and foreign multinationals. Therefore, I chose to research the direct investment strategy of Chinese enterprises in Thailand: Case study of H Company Limited.This research analyzes international direct investment theory in the following areas:enterprises international direct investment mode, foreign direct investment theory and its eclectic theory of international production, the theory of small-scale technology, the theory of localization technology, technological innovation upgrading and industrial upgrading theory, the investment development path (IDP) theory as well as the literature reviews.Then PEST analysis of environmental direct investment of Chinese enterprises in Thailand were analyzed, and then investigated the current situation of Chinese enterprises in Thailand having direct investment, development history, the total analysis, investment and regional distribution and industry structure. Another important part is The H Group’s direct investment in Thailand Strategic Studies. First of part introduction to the H Group, H Group’s direct investment in Thailand for the course are described, and then select the H Group’s strategy of direct investment in Thailand, from the following aspects analysis, namely:location selection, investment mode selection, business strategy selection, etc., and then explained the H company limited of current situation in Thailand, and using SWOT analysis analyses H Company Limited, in addition to analyzing the current situation of Thailand’s electrical and electronic industry and to five forces model analysis were analyzed Thai industry competitive environment.Through this thesis, the implementation of the recommendations made to H Company Limited, hoping to provide some reference value and reference views.
