Chinese Enterprises Foreign Direct Investment Analysis

In the context of economic globalization, China in the late1970s, made the development policies of reform and opening up and the market is gradually opened up to foreign investors at the same time, China’s economy began to go abroad. As the world’s largest developing country, reform and opening up to attract foreign investment in China, while at the same time to actively participate in international competition. For the better development of China’s foreign direct investment, China’s development strategy of "going out", the Chinese enterprises began to embark on a foreign investment in the road covered with thorns. Successfully embarked on the international stage, in addition to learn from developed, lessons learned in developing countries, in conjunction with the actual situation of economic development to make reasonable arrangements, which relates to how the strategic choice of foreign direct investment and risk control problem.In this paper, a comprehensive study on the current international and domestic enterprises to invest overseas literature and systems based on the review, and thus the current state of China’s foreign direct investment were sufficient empirical analysis. The combination of the traditional theory and the stages of economic development, the use of data, graphics, charts, and econometric model of China’s foreign direct investment activities research and testing. The first part is the introduction.this article describes the research background and significance of the study, to clarify the ideas and methods of research and the research literature on international investment; the second part is the main body of this article, analysis of the status quo of China’s foreign direct investment on the basis of reasonable assumptions, an analytical model, the ideas and research methods and models were demonstrated, and finally combined with the actual situation of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises on the feasibility of the model third part of the inspection; detail on the factors and corporate risk aversion lead to the risk of foreign direct investment; the fourth part of some of the issues facing China in the development of foreign direct investment process, combined with the discussion, and gives some suggestions and opinions; the last part of the mainstream literature reviewed and discussed through the analysis of the whole theory of academic learning, the entire article thinking richer.With China’s rapidly economy development, foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises to gradually grow and develop, which emerged in a large number of excellent companies, and also highlights a lot of good entrepreneurs, they provided valuable experience for China’s foreign investment. But at the same time, Chinese companies onto the international stage face a lot of options and tests, the successful experience of developed countries, foreign direct investment not only worthy to learn from, but not blindly overall copy, after all, at this stage in which the international economic environment and domestic stages of economic development is very different.
