With the rapid development of China’s social and economic development, industrial structure has undergone tremendous transformation in the tourism industry, the hotel industry, represented by the tertiary industry a rapid and healthy development momentum. So for a business development requires not only improve the hardware facilities, but also need software services with tight, thus increasing the demand for service personnel with specialized skills. However, social development, the hotel industry is still in a serious situation of lack of talent, and with the knowledge of hotel management graduates facing difficult employment dilemma, what these two opposing phenomena caused by internal factors lie, which is the study of crack The key issue, but also the purpose of this study lies.Based on the above two problems, combined with China’s hotel industry practice, in this study hotel management teaching job as a starting point, through questionnaires, on-site interviews, experimental comparison analysis and other research methods, Fujian Province, more typical vocational Hotels Management of effective teaching and student employment cognitive analysis to investigate the situation and find the problems and factors, and by way of experiments conducted to determine the issues and factors that determine, as presented below, provide the basis for scientific and feasible countermeasures.From the survey results show that the current vocational Hotel Management, Fujian following issues still exist:Vocational Hotel Management insufficient number of students and poor quality; student professional identity is not high; students’ curriculum and teaching content is not acceptable; students teachers teaching evaluation is not high; students’ self-learning ability is weak; teaching methods and student expectations are inconsistent; student awareness is not high on the employment issue. In this study, a random sample composition class hotel management students, the class of effective teaching experiments, and analysis of student employment situation awareness before and after the experiment. In order to solve the problems above based on many aspects such as training objectives, curriculum system, mode of teaching, method of learning and evaluation methods, we are going to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Strive to improve the effectiveness of vocational teaching hotel management, improve the awareness of students in employment, training for modern integrated hotel development service personnel.
