In this study, a random sample composition class hotel management students, the class of effective teaching experiments, and analysis of student employment situation awareness before and after the experiment. In order to solve the problems above based on many aspects such as training objectives, curriculum system, mode of teaching, method of learning and evaluation methods, we are going to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Strive to improve the effectiveness of vocational teaching hotel management, improve the awareness of students in employment, training for modern integrated hotel development service personnel.
