The Study Of The Problem Of Precision Poverty Reduction In The Old Revolutionary Base Areas Under The Leadership Of The Government

Poverty and anti-poverty has been the focus of attention of the international community,China's poverty alleviation and development work into a new historical stage,precision poverty alleviation has become a new model of poverty alleviation and guidelines.The study of the problem of poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary base areas is of great practical significance and historical significance.The key to the well-off society is the poverty alleviation of the old liberated areas.This paper analyzes the present situation of poverty,the cause of poverty and the effectiveness of poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary base areas of Yulin,and forms the correct understanding of the work of poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary base areas on the basis of the relevant theories.However,there are various problems and shortcomings,which are mainly reflected in the imperfect system of precision poverty alleviation,the long-term mechanism of precision poverty alleviation has not yet been formed,and the main body of poverty alleviation is lack of intrinsic motivation.In the case of the problem,After the research,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,especially in the government-led poverty alleviation model to introduce the market poverty alleviation mechanism,the top-level design of poverty alleviation and development work,strengthen the endogenous driving force of poverty alleviation and the development of Yulin special resources.Finally,the author summarizes and prospects the research on the problem of precision poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary base areas,with a view to achieving the goal of comprehensive poverty eradication in 2020.
