Enterprise Strategy Evolution Ayalysis Based On “Life-Eco” Perspective Of Complex System

Enterprise as a system is faced with complex situation, which caused by uncertainty openness degree, structure, scale, irreversibility, incomplete rationality and other factors. Under this circumstance, the traditional corporate strategy theory has been difficult to ensure the effectiveness of strategies, due to its one-sided, static and mechanical characteristics. So that related scholars start to re-examine the approach of strategic management, and some of them obtain achievements in enterprise bio-imitability biomimetic research. Complex science is about process and evolution, which studies the properties and behavior of complex systems.When the internal and external environment changes, the success of the strategy evolution directly related to the fate of the enterprise. Combined with the results of complex scientific theories,this article studies the inter-disciplinary of complex science, and tries to offer management inspiration of corporate strategy in the complex environments. On the base of system complexity,integrated thinking of system integrity, dynamic and non-linear effects,this article analyzes by the perspective of enterprise “life-eco” dual metaphor, and make reference for enterprise strategy and its evolution by exploring a series of complex systems theory.Finally, according the life and ecology perspective, this article analyze two different cases, one is from domestic China, the other from America. Introduce each phrase’s life characteristics and its internal and external environment, strategy and strategy evolution. Attempts to explain the evolution-based strategy concept based on biological and the theory of complex system will be conductive to promoting emerging competitive advantages, resisting the impact and influence from environment mutation, leading sustainable development of enterprises, timely evolution.
