Study Of Enterprises Cluster Development And Innovation Systems Based On The Complexity Theory

As a kind of special enterprise space organization shape, the enterprise cluster displays the extraordinary vigor in economic systems of various countries and has caused the earnest attention of researchers and policy-makers in multitudinous domains. Along with the social product division of labor, the small and medium-sized enterprise, as the leading enterprise cluster, has become the basic character of the development of region economy. Objectively the continued and healthy development of these enterprise clusters needs to promote the cluster's ability of innovation unceasingly. This basically depends on the construction and consummation of the enterprise cluster innovation system (ECIS). Simultaneously, ECIS has become an important research thesis with the innovation system research's expansion to the cluster level. Therefore, the article takes ECIS as a basic point and synthetically applies methods and achievements of research of multi-subject theory such as complex system theory to discuss questions such as the organization cluster's evolution mechanism, innovation behavior and innovation ability thoroughly. This article has analyzed the background and characteristic of the development of the domestic and foreign clusters, and proposed the problems which exist in the development of Chinese enterprise clusters, then commented on the cluster theory, complex and the innovation system theory synthetically. Based on the achievements of predecessors'research, we proposed the ECIS's general structural model; and also proposed the satellite type and the netted type cluster paragenesis model with the utilization of Logistic model which describes the population symbiosis in biology; we applied the enterprise cluster classified model to make empirical evidence of Qinghe wool enterprise cluster in Hebei Province; after the complex analysis and the organization theoretical analysis to ECIS, we put forward the three chains spiral ECIS model. We innovatively discussed of the growth and evolution mechanism of the cluster using complex theory synthetically. By analysing the mechanism of "emerges" comprehensively, we proposed the system emergence and behavior state basic unit model and drew the conclusion that various emerged forms (scale emerges, organization emerges, function emerges) can come down to emerged for the structure. We brought forward the general characteristic and the growth mechanism of the emergence from the cluster. We proposed the general process model of clusteremergence CGP using"constrained generating procedures (CGP)"theory of SFI.We proposeed target system which is used by indirect estimate and has designed theory evaluation model based on the BP network. Applying the model, we has evaluated the ability of innovation of high technology and new technology development zone (state-level) of Baoding city of Hebei province. Based on system analysis, we proposeed "the dynamic circulation increases progressively" from the organization process mode of the ECIS general process. In view of the question that the ability of the technical innovation of Chinese enterprise cluster is insufficient, we proposed the ECIS power mechanism, the study pattern and the study mechanism. In view of the three subsystems of ECIS (the core value network system, the brace system of controllable service, the brace system of noncontrollable service), we proposed the strategy of the system optimization. Having carried on the discussion to the theory of system brittle, we proposed the concept and characteristic of brittle (recessiveness, emerges, time delay, calamity), drew the conclusion that these characteristics is also four processes which has been obtained when brittleness is stimulated; We proposed the conclusion that cluster and ECIS also has the possibility of brittle and collapse; We designed the risk management pattern of the enterprise cluster growth which may be operated. Aiming at the current management questions which cry out for study and settlement in the process of our country enterprise cluster's growth, we proposed the construction of cluster's growth and management: Cluster's interface management, cooperation relations management and brand management pattern. Consequently, we proposed explicitly the further studies direction of the topic.
