This article write about the old town development, the new urban renewal and the pattern of land-lost farmers housing security work that the government do while construct industrial park and China’s Dead Sea tourist area and the effect of the construction and the typical contrast analysis with the feelings of the people and analyze the experience that advantage and disadvantage of the different settlement patterns and discussing how to realize the fast urban development and guarantee to improve the livelihood of the people realize synchronous propulsion in the new stage of development better when Daying become a county 16 years.The theoretical research of this article discusses how to follow the rules of market economy better in the new era and determine the landless farmer’s land and property values more scientific and protect the legitimate rights and interests of landless peasants effectively. The article sums up the advantages and disadvantages of different modes in the process of demolition and resettlement and analysis the degree of satisfaction of the resettlement people through taking the form of resident questionnaire through the comparative analysis of the resettlement completed residential area.Through comparative analysis, the requisitioning land and building resettlement housing of Daying county now have four main contradictions that the resettlement people have higher expectation between the market rules and the shortage capital and land between increasing placement and the shortage of planning execution between improving the quality of city and the execution policy is not unified between requisitioning land pressure.
