Shandong Qufu Ling Cheng Town Land-lost Farmers Resettlement Security Research

With the development of urbanization in our country,more and more land has been expropriated in urbanization construction.Our country’s urbanization rate is expected to reach60% in 2020,there will be about 100 million farmers lost their land,become the land-lost farmers.But after land acquisition resettlement security imperfect in their lives has brought great challenges,but also to economic and social development of the country’s challenges.In this paper,through field surveys key towns-Qufu City,Shandong Province town Lingcheng.I discovered the town’s farmers after land acquisition facing less land compensation,lack of employment opportunities and low level of social security issues.And further analysis of the reasons for this problem,there are unstable environment of market economy,government services are not in place and the lower quality of their own farmers.Then draw at home and abroad to solve this problem of experience,innovation proposed the establishment of a government resettlement safeguards one of the five,and the establishment of resettlement of landless peasants security law and other proposals.
