Study On Post Evaluation Of Commercial Trial Of Broadband Network Based On IPv6

Post-project evaluation plays an important role in project management and decision. It can present an objective and comprehensive analysis of the whole process after the project has been built and put into operation for some time. It can give an complete reevaluation on effect of the finance, economy, society and environment of the project. It is an evaluation method of judging the extent of achieving the goal of the project.With the global development of IPv6 industry, IPv6 will drive the development of related technology and services as the core of next generation Internet technology. It has gradually become the future development trend of the network. The development of IPv6 not only enhances the communication industry’s overall strength but also get an opportunity of the transform from the introduction of technology to guide technology development for China information industry. In that case, for guiding the future of broadband network project design, operation and management, it becomes an urgency to establish a post occupancy evaluation system of broadband network project, which is scientific, rational and perfect.In this paper, based on the basic theory and method of project post-evaluation, index of evaluation is improved and a complete post-evaluation system on commercial trial of broadband network project was studied. By optimizing the system, overall analysis, layer decomposition, an index system was built which contains the target layer, criterion layer and index layer. The evaluation was mainly from the four aspects of broadband network trial commercial project such as implementation process, efficiency, effect and influence. The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used as the main method of evaluation for the project involved complex and strong related index. Judgment matrix of each index was built, then calculated the maximum value of the characteristics of each level, the consistency index and weight. It worked as a general guideline for the built of index system of the post evaluation of commercial trial on broadband network.According to the index weights and grades by experts on the third layer index of broadband network based on IPv6, the second level, the first level index scores were calculated, score so that the entire project. The results show that the project was successful basically, reached the scheduled plan.
