The Intellectual-property Equity Allocation Mechanism Research Of Industry-university Cooperation And Innovation Of E-M

With the development of social economy, continuous technological innovation has became an important source of the enterprise to find and maintain its competitive advantage. Through technological innovation, enterprises can make the difference between products and services,reduce production cost and produce different products to meet the needs of different consumers.Technology innovation has been more and more difficult,for the research trend has extended from the application research to the applied basic research and basic research. University is the cradle of knowledge, and it has the advantage to discovery knowledge. It can effectively make up for the deficiency of lack of R&D capability, when enterprise and university cooperate on technological innovation research. It plays an important role in the technical innovation of enterprises, and also it is an important way for university to serve the society.The carrying on of cooperative innovation of Industry-University depends on the reasonable allocation of interests. It needs a distribution mechanism to specification and encourage for cooperation between the two sides. About 50% of the cooperation has failed because of the unreasonable distribution of interests. Therefore, to establish a scientific interests distribution mechanism to ensure the development of Industry-University consistently and efficiently, has very important theoretical and practical value.The main work is as follows:(1)Summarizes the research of cooperative innovation、Intellectual-Property and the distribution of interests, analyse the stages of Industry-University, divide it to two stages: R&D and business stage.(2)University and enterprise play different role in different process of the Industry-University, the position and role is in dynamic change.(3)Based on the principal-agent theory and game theory, constructing a game model of the interests distribution of Intellectual-Property in the cooperative innovation of Industry-University.(4)Analysis the Industry-University cooperation of UESTC and Midea group, finding that the actual situation in line with theoretical research.In this paper, by using the game theory and principal-agent theory, analyzing the ascription of Intellectual-Property and interests distribution in the cooperative innovation of Industry-University.
