Research On Interests Distribution Of University-industry Cooperation

With the intensification of global competition,universities should be seen as the key institutions and supporters of the national innovation system.National and regional policymakers are trying to build innovative incentive systems and increase the university's innovative potential and use it effectively.With the development of the times,the role and status of universities in the national innovation system is becoming more and more important.Over the past 30 years,the university has been defined as the result of commercial entrepreneurship in the promotion of regional economic development has played an important role in the commercial university research knowledge of academic entrepreneurship to accelerate the development of regional economy.This means that in the context of national innovation system,university-industry cooperation is more and more countries attach importance.The 17th Congress of the Party put forward the strategy of "building an innovation-oriented country",and the 18th report of the party put forward the "innovation-driven strategy".In this context,our government is paying more and more attention to university-industry cooperation.Due to the different objectives of organization and organization,organizational culture and so on,the cooperation between university and industry will encounter various problems.The core problem is the distribution of interests of university and industry.Many of the failures are mainly due to the fact that there is so many problems with the distribution of interests.One of the main reasons for the inefficiency of cooperation between university and industry is that there is a problem in the distribution of interests.Many scholars at home and abroad have studied the cooperation of university and industry,such as the motivation of university-industry cooperation,the factors influencing the efficiency of university-industry cooperation,the obstacle of cooperation between university and industry,the cooperation between labor and industry,the relationship between university-industry cooperation and national innovation system,Very few scholars to discuss the distribution of interests of university-industry cooperation,limited research on the distribution of interests of university-industry cooperation is mostly from the investment resources and bear the risk of the two angles to study the interests of university-industry and cooperation issues,and from this The two-angle study of university interests can be estimated,similar to the financial benefits.Most of the domestic research on the interests of university-industry cooperation is limited to the calculation method of Shapley value.But in fact,the interests of university-industry is very rich,some of interests of university-industry can be measured,and some cannot be measured.The interests of university-industry cooperation should be a broader concept.This article mainly uses the Marxist theory of political economy cooperation theory to analyze the distribution of interests of university and industry in China.This paper constructs the basic framework of the distribution of interests of university and industry cooperation from the perspective of the influence of the distribution of interests,the interests of the parties,the obstacles to the realization of the interests and so on.The basic content is divided into seven parts,mainly based on "the basic framework of the distribution of interests of university and industry cooperation" one by one to discuss.The first part is the introduction,introduces the background and significance of the topic,research ideas,methods and basic content,the main innovation and shortcomings.The second part is the literature review,which is sorted out and summarized from the angle of connotation,principle,mechanism,effect,existing problem and solution of the interests of university and industry cooperation.The third part is the theoretical analysis of the distribution of interests of university and industry cooperation,and expounds the theoretical basis and basic framework of the distribution of interests of university and industry cooperation.The fourth part discusses the interests of all parties in the cooperation of university-industry from the perspectives of universities,enterprises and governments,using the methods of comparison with other developed countries.The fifth part discusses the influence of the distribution of interests of university and industry cooperation,the influence of the law on the distribution relationship,the impact of the economic system on the distribution relationship,and the impact of the risk on the distribution relationship.The sixth part discusses the obstacles to the realization of the distribution of interests of industry-university cooperation,mainly the carrier,mechanism and system of the distribution of interests.Part VII of the proposed countermeasures.In order to better deal with the interests of the cooperation of university and industry's barriers,improve efficiency,make the cooperation to better play the role of innovation,this paper puts forward solutions of interest distribution barriers under the comprehensive consideration of all parties of interests,the influence and obstacles of interest distribution,the main solutions should be a comprehensive use of various forms of interests carrier,the cooperative distribution of interests and the establishment of a good system of interests distribution.I hope the cooperation of university and industry can really contribute to innovation,promote innovation and development of our country,make innovation become common practice in the whole society,fully embodies innovation is the first
