In recent years, with the development of economy, the status of the real estate industry in the national economy is becoming more and more important, to obtain the considerable development, and promote the improvement of people’s life quality, increase employment, promote social harmony and stability.In order to ensure the implementation of real estate development goal, realizing the maximization of profits, the development of real estate projects become increasingly important in the development of real estate company. However, with the development of the real estate industry, its development problems have emerged, for example, China’s current real estate enterprises are lack of management system and management methods improve, the competitiveness is not strong, the lack of high-quality talents, the lack of a comprehensive system of advanced methods etc. When we are investigating on the XK real estate company,we found that there are many problems in the operation of the project management. The construction of the project of "innovation", the project pre plan not perfet that led to various problems in the later, project investment support capacity issues, if the project construction can finish in time and so on.All these problems seriously restrict the rapid development of XK real estate company.Therefore, in view of the above problems, the theoretical progress management projects into demand for real estate industry is more and more strong, in the practice of real estate industry has the plan implementation and control, to improve the competitiveness of the real estate business in the market, the real estate industry to promote the orderly development.Generally, four basic functions of management is to plan, organization, coordination, control. Combining our basic research for analysis in the investigation of the current situation of XK real estate company, we will focus on XY project schedule plan and schedule control management. Managing on the XY project can ensure the project development, planning, implementation, start, finishing in a planned and that everything in good order and well arranged. That is to say, through the establishment of a complete planning system that can make all development activities into a unified planning system, ensure the project in an orderly manner to achieve the expected goal. The progress of XY project affects the whole project benefit directly, because the schedule control can ensure the project completed on schedule, personnel and financial resources reasonable use, and reducing engineering cost.Those all imporant respects to the project.The full text altogether has six parts, the first part of the significance of the project schedule management for project development, analyzes the research background of this thesis. The second part is based on the project management theory, a comprehensive discussion of the project schedule and project schedule management theory. Based on the theoretical research, enrich the related theories. The third part is mainly about the basic situation and development prospect of Ji’nan star Real Estate Company, according to the company’s development strategy and development goals, analyzes the basic features of the stars like garden project, combined with the local environment and customer needs, understand the existence of hi Park project advantage and disadvantage. The fourth part in project management, planning is one of the main functions of project management, this part elaborates how to use the milepost plan, work breakdown structure, network tools such as the project specific schedule, to clear the real estate project work time and to plan effective control. The fifth part illustrates the method and control strategy of the project progress control to ensure the normal execution of the project plan. And expounds the main practices carried out before, during and after the control to the project plan. The sixth part of the paper is a systematic, concise summary, briefly introduce the research theory mainly; in addition, points out the problems encountered during this study and the limitations, and expression of the future research direction about the expectations.Based on the research of project schedule management and project schedule control management, combined with the development status of the real estate industry, pointed out some application and real estate project development methods to guide the project practice, and achieved certain results, which has a certain reference value.
