Study On Influential Factors Of Logistics Alliance Synergy Innovation Based On Social Network Analysis

Synergy innovation is the main advantages and value of logistics alliance.Effective collaborative innovation in the logistics alliance is the protection to maintain the stability of the logistics alliance and to enhance the alliance enterprises’ core competitiveness.This article discusses the influential factors of logistics alliance synergy innovation from the perspective of social network analysis, and aims to look for better conditions to improve logistics alliance synergy innovation performance for enterprises by analyzing the influence of internal network relations and structures to logistics alliance synergy innovation performance.Firstly, this article divides the characteristics of logistics alliance synergy innovation network into two dimensions-structure and relationship-from the perspective of social network analysisbased onprevious studies and deep understanding of the concept of logsistics alliance synergy innovation. Structural dimension includes point degree centrality, intermediary and proximity; relationshipdimension includes the strength of relationship. Logistics alliance synergy innovation performance is divided into the synergy innovation efficiency and synergy innovation effectiveness two dimensions.This article respectively studies the impact of different network characteristics on the synergy innovation performance, and proposes the hypothesis and their mechanism of the influential factors of logistics alliance synergy innovation.Then, collectthe empirical data through questionnaires.Totally 208 valid datahas been collected, and is analyzed in detailusing SPSS 20.0, including three stages of pretreatment, preliminary analysis and a detailed analysis.Pretreatment includes data descriptive statistics, reliability and validity; preliminary analysis includes factor analysis, and extracts the relevant common factors; detailed analysis is to test the hypothesis by using multiple linear regression model.And at last, research hypothesis and their mechanism is corrected and evaluated in accordance with the test results. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The four influential factors-point degree centrality, intermediary, proximity and strength of the relationship-have an impact on logistics alliance synergy innovation performance, and point of the structure dimension, intermediary and proximity have a positive impact, the strength of the relationship has a negative impact on logistics alliance synergy innovation performance.(2)The strength of four influential factors of logistics alliance synergy innovation performance is:intermediary> point centrality> relationship strength> proximity.The conclusions of this study complete the logistics alliance synergy innovation theoryand important guiding significance to to enhance logistics alliance synergy innovation performance.The conclusions of this study can be helpenterprises to enhance the performance of logistics alliance synergy innovation, so as to enhance their core competitiveness and overall strength, and at last to achieve a win-win situation for logistics alliance eenterprises.
