It plays a veryimport role in promoting technological progress, promoting economic growth, improvingenterprise competitiveness, reducing the unemployment rate. Sometimes, it can improve the efficiencyof the enterprise development and ensure the overall effect not by a single participant. SMEsis an important part of the technology innovation union, it can effectively solve the problems(e.g. the lack of capital, personnel, information) in the process of technology innovation ofSMEs through the synergy between SMEs and other innovation body, to respond to thechanges in external increasingly competitive market environment. It not only effectivelyimproves the efficiency of SMEs technology innovation but also achieves rapid realization of the goal of technology innovation achievements into realistic productivity. It achieves thewhole cooperation effect, namely the “1+1>2”synergy effect through the innovation mainbody. Finally, it achieves innovation ability of the overall implementation of technologyinnovation alliance.The research on SMEs of technology innovation alliance has been a issue of commonconcern in academic and business circles. In this paper, the problem is to be solved: analyzethe factors which obstacle factors and contributing factors while SMEs of technologyinnovation alliance is forming and developing. This paper uses SMEs theory and synergyinnovation theory by adopting the method of system analysis and empirical approach and insummary for SMEs at home and abroad based on the study of the synergy innovation andanalyzes the factors about influencing synergy innovation in technology innovation alliance.First of all, by reading a lot of literature, this paper elaborates the SMEs and synergyinnovation theory, then the concepts of SMEs and SMEs synergy innovation in technologyinnovation alliance. Secondly, influencing factors of SMEs synergy innovation in technologyinnovation alliance on the basis of literature research are identified and interpretative structuremodel is established between influencing factors of SMEs synergy innovation in technologyinnovation alliance and synergy innovation level. On this basis, this paper proposeshypotheses, the questionnaire survey and the corresponding analytical methods are combinedto help analyze the effects of each influencing factor on the process of SMEs synergyinnovation of technology innovation alliance in depth. Finally, according to the researchconclusion, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
