The changing face of the market, Internet companies have to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, in order to maintain the advanced management level to respond effectively. IT is one of the core competencies to internet companies, bearing the large data storage, data processing, data analysis, office efficiency and other core fundamental role, providing strong support for data management operational decisions. Therefore, the continuous improvement of IT systems development process and IT architecture capabilities can effectively maintain the status of the industry enterprises. Now, the main reason that IT systems can’t be finished timely is R&D delaythe main reason that IT systems can’t be finished timely is R&D delay Tencent is a leading position in the Internet industry, involving a number of areas related to Internet business, especially big data, complex processes. Enterprise IT department improves R & D management process to enhance the IT capabilities of information technology and to protect the company’s leading position in the Internet industry.In this paper, based on the development management process of enterprise IT department and continuity CMMI model, analyzing key issues and giving the key process optimization solutions to enhance researching and development, so as to achieve quality, timely assurance of information technology evolutionary target and reduce the delay. Firstly, analyzing the management status of R & D of IT departments, and raising various companies’ needs of optimization of R & D project management. Secondly, analyzing the characteristics of Tencent’s R & D status and summarizing the key of maintaining the core competitiveness, including improving the current system development process, reducing delivery times, fasting production of information systems to ensure the construction of the company’s information technology. Thirdly, thinking the continuous CMMI model and the key elements of laws as a model basis and selecting major process improvements. Using Pareto charts to find the main reason for the delay of the overall progress, and then finding the underlying factors according fishbone diagram. Fourthly, using the ECRS laws and "process four elements" methods to enhance the overall R & D management level from the aspects of process efficiency, process logic and duties, based on project planning, project planning, requirements management and test management process. Finally, the matter of the optimization process is tracked and expanded to indicate the importance of the CMMI theory for the R & D management process optimization.In this paper, through the usage of optimized processes and CMMI model theory of continuity in key areas of enterprise IT department, the current development processes and practical issues are fully optimized to enhance the quality of development and reduce the delay. Process improvements in this paper not only suit Enterprise IT department, also have a certain reference value for the other corporations’ IT department. |
