| A common role in the city, labor market transition, the reform of higher education system and a series of factors, prompted "produce a high Degree of flow groups". With the city life rhythm speeding up, high degree of floating population working pressure, has gradually become a hot issue emerging,how the high degree of floating population stress management right,become theimportant topic of management organization. This article is in this context that supports the relationship between feeling and organizational citizenship behavior through the research of the high degree of floating population pressure of work,organization explore the high degree of floating population pressure of work, understand their organizational citizenship behavior, and to explore the perceived organizational support between job stress and organizational citizenship behavior effect.This paper uses the method of empirical analysis, through to the high degreeof floating population scale, questionnaire survey, and then using SPSS analysis software for data analysis, The study found that: there are significant differences, high degree of flowgroups of different Individual Characteristics in the work stress andorganizational citizenship behavior; job stress and organizational support,organizational citizenship behavior has a significant negative correlation;perceived organizational support has positive impact on work stress,organizational citizenship behaviors have, and in between plays the part ofregulating effect.
