The cross-border E-commerce has been developing rapidly in recent years in China and plays a very important role in China’s foreign trade. However, China still face many problems in this field, such as intellectual property protection, counterfeit goods, lack of supervision, unfair price competition, payment and foreign exchange settlement issues, bottlenecks in cross-border logistics and service, lack of foreign branding experience, talent shortage, etc. In order to promote the sustainable development of China’s cross-border E-commerce, China should gradually implement some measures such as improvement in relevant laws and regulations, trade facilitation, establishment of customs supervision, inspection and quarantine, foreign exchange and tax management systems, gradual establishment of cross-border E-commerce market supervision system, increasing efforts in talent cultivation, and extensive international cooperation.The paper analyzes the current problems of cross-border E-commerce in China, and examines the difficult issues that obstruct the development of cross-border E-commerce, and finally makes some recommendations to promote cross-border E-commerce in China.
