In this paper, the Perfect World Group Company manages the funds of domestic and foreign area, through the application of research ERP system in multinational company. With the help of modern network and ERP advanced management ideas, the Perfect World Group Company has achieved the focus funds management.In this paper, the writer uses reviewing literature and case analysis method. Firstly, the writer introduced the theoretical basis of the five models and centralized funds management. Secondly, the writer use Perfect World Group Company example to analyze how to achieve the Group’s focus funds management by ERP system solutions.
