Research On The Model Of The Funds Management Of Shipping Enterprise Group In Our Country

At present,Enterprise Group in Our Country gains certain experience and achievement in the Funds Management.Many kinds of management modes on the Specific Methods of the Funds Management have been formed,such as Consolidating Income and Expenses,Settlement center,Internal Bank,Financial Corporation System,etc.With the development of Internetworking Technology and the integrative trend of the global economy,it has resulted in intense market competition.The Enterprise Groups with Multinational Operation are evenly faced with a great challenge on their Funds Management idea,model and Method,because of the expansion of their Operation at the time and space.So,combining the characteristic and difficulty of fund management of Shipping Enterprise Group in our country,it becomes urgent and important to introduce the international Funds Centralization Management thought,to carry on further investigation and innovation on existing fund management models of Shipping Enterprise Group in our country,and to restructure a new Funds Management model according to groups' strategic developing direction and request of the market.According to a large amount of management practice,it can help Shipping Enterprise Group to realize the Funds Centralization Management,guarantee the fund operating effectively and safely in the group,and use the funds with high efficiency and high benefits.The thesis carries on research to the latest domestic and international achievements in the Enterprise Group fund management based on the relevant fund management theories.It adopts the contrast method to carry on systematic analysis to the characteristic and suitability of the existing fund management models,which offer the theoretical foundation for the application of the fund management model in Shipping Enterprise Group in our country.According to some investigations,the thesis analyzes the development situation of shipping enterprises,the necessity of strengthening funds management,the trade characteristic and realistic problems. It uses the systematic analytical method to prove to the construction of fund management model in ERP Environment,which points out that it must define the new model's overall thinking,management system,main contents,and relative fund management system.Finally,with the Case study method of COSCO,the thesis makes an analysis on COSCO's funds management situation and the application and benefits of fund management model in ERP Environment.Through the Case study of COSCO,The thesis draws the conclusion that with the application of fund management model in ERP Environment,it can make most Shipping Enterprise Group in our country increase the circulating fund,reduce financial expenses,reduce the asset-liability ratio,raise the management level and profit ability,and strengthen the ability to resist risk of the Shipping Enterprise Group.
