Forest carbon sink is an integral part of forest ecological benefits. It is one of the important indicators regarding measurement of creating Forest City. This article bases on creation of Zhuzhou forest city, studies Zhuzhou City’s Chinese fir forest, masson pine forest, pine abroad forest, fast-growing broad-leaved forest, medium-growing broad-leaved forest and slow-growing broad-leaved forest. Combining with the evaluation index system of national forest city, adopts 2014 Zhuzhou City Forest Resources Survey Ⅱ and Indoor experimental data, uses PCA combine with stand volume method and carbon tax to analysis Zhuzhou forest carbon sinks benefits and the factors which affect carbon sinks benefits.We choose the main carbon sink-effective species and forest types and forest types with strong carbon sequestration capacity, To provide data and theoretical supports for Zhuzhou to create "National Forest City" and forest resource rational utilization. The consequences are as below:(1) Zhuzhou different forest types’unit area biomass is different to some extent because of the different forest category. The different forest types in Zhuzhou are as follows:slow-growing broad-leaved forest (128.25t·hm-2)> medium-growing broad-leaved forest (115.63t·hm-2)> fast-growing broad-leaved forest (93.05t-hm-2)> Chinese fir forest (41.98t-hm"2)> pine abroad forest (20.57t·hm-2)> masson pine forest (19.76t·hm-2).(2) Zhuzhou forest carbon sinks function and benefits are obviously. Total forest fixed carbon content is 1379.5kt, of which forest soil fixed carbon content is 1148.4kt, wood fixed carbon content is 231.1kt. The fixed carbon content of Coniferous forests is 2.93 times of broad-leaved forests’. Coniferous forest is the best community in carbon sequestration ability and carbon sequestration benefits. Zhuzhou forest carbon sinks benefits values 0.892 billion RMB, equals to 0.46% Zhuzhou city GDP in 2013(total GDP is 196 billion RMB).(3) Forest wood carbon sinks functions present regularity to some extent by different forest characteristic in Zhuzhou city. From the different forest types, Chinese fir forest’s carbon sinks 227367.40t is the highest, followed by slow-growing broad-leaved forest’s 67856.28t, masson pine forest’s 2540.67t is the lowest. From the forest stand age, middle-aged forest’s carbon sinks 159815.55t is the highest, followed by young-aged forest’s 63701.93t, mature-aged forest’s 1023.27t is the lowest.(4) Zhuzhou different forest types soil carbon sinks content presents significant regularity by soil layer and different forest type’s. No matter what the vegetation is, the organic(OC) in soil layer A is higher than soil layer B. Soil fixed carbon conent of different forest types are as below:Chinese fir forest> slow-growing broad-leaved forest> fast-growing broad-leaved forest> pine abroad forest> masson pine forest> medium-growing broad-leaved forest. Chinese fir forest soil fixed carbon content 781.8kt is the highest, occupies 68.08% of total Zhuzhou forest soil fixed carbon content; masson pine forest soil fixed carbon content is 32.3kt, occupies 2.81% of all.(5) The wood carbon sinks benefits of different forest types in Zhuzhou are increasing after careting "National Forest City". In Zhuzhou, forest wood carbon sinks content is 199293.71t in 2009, and forest wood carbon sinks content is 2331137.43t in 2014. The forest wood carbon sinks content is significant lower than the content after Zhuzhou starts to create "National Forest City".(6) Social economic, policies and regulations, and natural environment become three main factors affecting the development of Zhuzhou forest carbon sinks benefits. Among them, the most influence factors of Zhuzhou forest carbon sinks benefits are Social economic, policies and regulations.
