Circulation as a connecting link between the preceding and the following of the industrial chain link, in the circulation market of tea plays a commodity distribution, formation price, transmission of information, to provide services, in commodity circulation resource allocation play a basic role has become increasingly prominent. Can say, the circulation market of tea is tea industry chain an important part and key chain, is connected to the middle part of the tea production and retail, is the tea into a commodity is the main place, is the key link in farmers and merchants.Jiangxi is our country tea is an important producing areas, 2013 Jiangxi tea garden area reached nearly 120 million mu, output value of about 48 billion yuan, export $43 million. Planting Tea throughout 11 cities, more than 90 counties. There are 3 state-level leading enterprises, 40 provincial leading enterprises, organic tea product certification 139, tea population involving over 4000000. The tea industry has gradually become an important channel for Jiangxi tea pillar industry and many farmers to get rich.In this paper, a study of Jiangxi Province tea circulation market situation, it is found that tea circulation market in Jiangxi Province some problems: ①backward management idea, tea products with low added value; ② the market function is not complete markets provide fewer services; ③the transaction mode of traditional single, low level of e-commerce; ④Tea Circulation of the main scale is too small, poor overall quality of personnel management; ⑤Jiangxi tea brand is a complex, lack of well-known brands; ⑥the industry management disorder, sales chaos; ⑦the teahouse culture lack the connotation, culture grade lower.On this basis, this paper proposes the following corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: ①raise wholesale market service ability and strengthen the professional market; ②to enhance the degree of electronic commerce, build tea network management platform; ③the growth of retail merchants strength, to enhance the quality of practitioners; ④to promote implementation of brand strategy to strengthen the integration of Jiangxi tea brand; ⑤strengthen industry regulation, to ensure quality and safety; ⑥the teahouse culture atmosphere to create and service improvement. I hope to promote the healthy development of the tea market in Jiangxi, improve the tea market system in Jiangxi, and promote the industrialization of agriculture to play a positive significance.
