Psychological Capital Appreciation is built on the basis of above research on human capital and social capital, and beyond the human capital and social capital, it is a kind of positive psychological state of man, now recognized as the psychological capital structure includes four aspects:self-efficacy, hope, resilience and optimism.At present, the study of psychological capital appreciation in a stage of rapid development, but also the increasing application in the enterprise, this paper aims to promote the use of Psychological Capital Appreciation in the enterprise development. This paper will combine the Psychological Capital Appreciation and competency, behavior of the psychological capital in the enterprise performance index.This paper discusses the theory of psychological capital appreciation and competency, on the basis of these theories the behavior index of psychological capital appreciation are analyzed, through theoretical analysis, expert discussion, interview and questionnaire survey method for general competency model building constructed five behavioral indicators of psychological capital. Then through the questionnaire investigation and discussion, the results show that:the five level indicators and psychological capital of employees into a significant correlation, and the correlation coefficients were above 0.5; and is also found in the study, the behavior level and enterprise level of psychological capital of the relationship, the questionnaire survey results show that there is correlation significant between them, namely the higher level of psychological capital appreciation requirements will be higher, and the technical post is particularly significant.In this paper, research on psychological capital appreciation based on grounded theory of qualitative research, quantitative research was conducted on the basis of this to have the certain reference and reference. The psychological capital appreciation level five indexes both in theory and in practice has very high use value.
