With the development of Chinese economy, companies are in increasingly competitive situation in the product sales market. But sales industry is full of challenge and pressure, grassroots sales staff often are in a state of nervous and exhaustion. Enterprise want to gain market share, enhance competitive advantage,therefore those need help frontline sales staff to establish a positive attitude to create better performance.This paper is the empirical research which mainly on the basis of theoretical analysis. Based on empirical research of 230-bit frontline sales staff’s questionnaire, it explores the influence of psychological capital of frontline sales staff on employee performance, and verifies whether emotional labor plays mediation role on it.Founding psychological capital positively related to employee performance. The higher psychological capital, the higher employee performance is. Emotional labor and staff performance are positively related. The more emotional labor you pay, the higher the employee performance you get. Deep performance of emotional labor plays partial intermediary role between the psychological capital and task performance.Deep performance can create more sustained competitiveness as well as more beneficial compared to the facial and natural performance.Here puts forward some management suggestions based on the previous results of the empirical research. Recruiting and selecting employees with high psychological capital. Training psychological capital and emotional labor to improve it;Psychological and emotional labor capital should be brought into the assessment system; Fostering good corporate culture. Hope the study will help boost sales staff psychological capital, and thus improve employee performance, guarantee the sustained competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, this research both from theory and fact is significant.
