Economic Evaluation Analysis Of C Power Plant Project

Recently, the power system has become much more large and complex. On one hand, users and enterprises require better reliability and stability of power grid. On the other hand, the State Grid has proposed ideas on intensive management in human resources, financial resources, material resources and large-scale movements in programming, construction, operation, overhaul and production, which has been simplified as so-called’San Ji Wu Da’. On the premise of power grid reliability, each unit should find and solve problems from the perspective of enterprise internal organization structure for work arrangement to promote the service quality of the enterprise. As a result, establishing the whole process of power system reliability optimization management system has become the focus of the scholars. Based on the above statements, the thesis contains the following aspects:researches on the grading power supply of the reliability index system, power supply reliability of the dynamic management system, and the analysis method of the power supply reliability data.In this paper, the reliability evaluation model have been established to analyze the power supply reliability data and find the weak links between reliability data in power supply reliability. According to the relevant provisions of the reliability statistics, the coordination management mechanism of the data reliability should be established in departments to realize the management of the power supply reliability data. The reliability indexes have been proposed based on the decomposition method of enterprise level to get the performance appraisal index of each department and each team after the reliability index has been decomposed and devoluted. In order to improve the performance appraisal index, subordinate departments and teams will spare no efforts to accomplish reliability grading of the lean management. Analyze the internal structure characteristics of power enterprises, build a new enterprise system and realize the flexibility of enterprise management. Based on researches of the chain enterprise management mode, enterprise management operation mechanism should be established between departments to inter ’connect, supervise and encourage’.Based on the power system reliability optimization management system, we have investigated the reliability management project of electric power company in Zhuji. Finally, we have proposed suggestions on power grid planning cover many aspects from the reliability index classification, the whole process of power system reliability optimization management to the reliability data management.
