Whether it is from view of cost or efficiency,or the long term view of a company’s strategy,the demand of supply chain management is very urgent. Now the commercial war of business is not only between enterprises,so dose the management of a corporation.There is a very strong relationship during the members of supply chain,everyone of them is very important.So it is now of vital importance to manage the reliability of supply chain.In this article,we analysis the the power tool industry from there parts,as reliability assessment of supply chain, design of supply chain system focus on its reliability and enterprise disaster recovery capabilities.Thesis began to focus on the reliability assessment of supply chain system,and it is considered as the first job of building recovery capacity.Considered like the renewal process,we describe the working and crashing process under the environment of unreliable cash flow and imformatio n flow and logistics.Then estimate the realiability of manufacturing company considering both the suppy rate of its supplier and the production speed.We find out the relationship between the system reliability and suppy rate or production speed. The reliab ility of repairable series system and cold reserve system are also argued,we proof that it is useful for a supply chain system to reserve a member of it. Then we analysis the factors that affect the supply chain reliability of the electric tool industry and its characteristics. We design the reliability of supply chain system by the parallel reserves, illustrating by numerical examples. The high reliability design of supply chain system is the second part of study in corporate disaster recovery capability construction. The first and second parts make efforts to emergency prevention, saving for a rainy day. It is an indispensable piece of work to the supply chain emergency recovery ability construction.Therefore, we establishes a framework for disaster recove ry by PDCA circulation and scenario analysis method. Enterprises have to analyze the disaster in advance through the existing data and experience. But it is only a static analysis, because the existing data does not contain all kinds of situations, enterpr ises need to adapt themselves to changing circumstances by after-scenario analysis after the disaster. At last, a few of effective methods in disaster analysis are introduced, for example the fault tree analysis method, explained by numerical examples.In my study, the building of enterprise disaster recovery capacity is considered Comprehensively,we described three essential parts of it Systematically.And it may provide some reference for enterprises when it is going to establish dister defensive system.
