With the rapid economy development and more aggregative market competition, enterprises had put forward higher requirements to the internal management and control in order to adapt to the new situation, enterprise group had initiated financial centralized management work to strengthen the financial management and control, improve financial control ability, prevent financial risks and optimizing the allocation of resources; Taking unified financial information system as the technical platform and "Funds Centralized Payment, Accounting classification accounting, The comprehensive budget management, Data comprehensive analysis" group company centralized financial management system were constructed to bring out group company fund payments and centralized accounting, asset management.Taking Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Co. Ltd as an example, this paper described the creation background of financial centralized management, analyzed the theoretical basis and the connotation and function of current financial centralized management. This paper focused on the realization of centralized financial management:at first, the integrated accounting software should be Introduced, accounting policy be uniformed, accounting and reporting system be unified, business units be unified, Internal settlement price of each unit, the accounting standards be unified based on the comprehensive review of financial management, comprehensive reviewed financial business process to make the accounting process and business process combination organically, financial management will be embedded into the economic activities of each link to achieve financial business integration. The second, on the base of comprehensive the key business links should be grasped and focused on business matters and high risk areas then took more strict control measures; implemented financial centralized accounting and control, constructed financial information integration and sharing platform. Comprehensive budget management and man-hour management were two more distinctive contents; through financial embedding enterprise value chain on the economic activities of each link, financial company work flow and value-added process were managed. The third, making company to finance centralized management as a financial accounting and management platform, fully integrated the cost management, material management and production management, financial management of the digital platform should be constructed. In addition, in order to ensure financial information centralized management and the need for secrecy, financial network group took "1+1" approach to build a network of financial system and an effective financial system in the group headquarters, two network physical were isolated, making CD regularly, after examination they were published in the internal network to realize the unification of financial information group company.Practice had proved that after the company with centralized financial management, its business processes were more optimized, its financial were standard, the key financial indicators were real-time controlled, the mode of financial management was becoming more and more perfect, the social and economic benefits had been significantly improved. It could provide a reference for the similar enterprise group finance centralized management.
