| In the process of economic globalization,the scale of enterprises has been improved,and the competition among enterprises is not only reflected in the quality control of the products,but also in the control of the cost of the products,especially under the action of economies of scale.The Group established a centralized purchasing model to reduce the cost of raw materials and to enhance the efficiency of the entire logistics system.Between the various parts of the group,enterprises and enterprises to establish a unified centralized procurement model,a strategic alliance,a major trend in the procurement market.This paper begins with the procurement status of China Aviation Group,analyzes its group profile,organizational framework,and procurement status.Three backstage support systems,operating systems,supply chain financial systems,and data analysis systems,but the system is only in the establishment phase,and there is no real use of electronic platform to establish centralized procurement model.Secondly,from the perspective of material classification procurement management,the evaluation index of material procurement is established,the data model of principal component analysis is established,and the internal constraint characteristics of purchasing materials are extracted by the characteristics of data,and the classification of purchasing materials is simply classified by factor score.Again,through the statistics the number of catic procurement,purchase price,purchasing cycle,the number of suppliers,such as price elasticity index,build the index system of procurement management,analysis of effect of various indicators of purchasing mode which is suitable for the material characteristics of centralized purchasing are obtained.Finally,through SPSS data analysis,the material classification of centralized procurement is obtained,thus the centralized purchasing mode of aviation BODA group is proposed.For standard parts,metal parts,lifting,transportation equipment,general measuring tools and other supplies to establish a long term cooperation supplier purchasing mode,and for composite materials,mechanical equipment,measuring devices and other supplies for the bidding procurement,strict assessment suppliers after the relevant indicators of selecting the best suppliers. |
