With the continuous development of market economy, state-owned enterprises in China is facing increasingly competitive, the grim situation makes SOEs must be more agile and flexible to adapt to market changes, and improving operational efficiency. However, because the influence of state-owned enterprises receive traditional organizational environment, employees lack enthusiasm for work, and work efficiency is not high, which have become the problem plagued state-owned enterprises for a long time. Most of the companies, are taking on staff management focus on training, aspects of performance evaluation and income distribution, although it received a certain degree of effect, but has not fundamentally solve the problem. How to use a new perspective on SOE performance management problems to identify the root causes of the problem, to get these problems can be overcome and improve the situation of programs and approaches, is undoubtedly important.In this paper, Z company internal performance management system is in operation for the study t, according to current situation of enterprise performance management, from a more innovative and specific perspective, the research is expanding. Sums up the problems existing in Z company performance management and analyses the reasons, and then on the basis of the core idea of six sigma management puts forward six sigma management of Z company performance management system. In the main part of the article, by using the method of six sigma and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, based on six sigma management DMAIC process, come up with Suggestions to improve the performance evaluation management of Z company; Effectively to dig out the root cause of performance problems, and provides the corresponding solutions; Provides a set of standardized work flow for Z corporate performance management system. At the end of the article in view of the performance management system, puts forward the opinions of the optimization to improve the evaluation.
