The Rsearch Of The Social Risk Faced By The Land-lost Farmers Under The New Type Of Urbanization

The urbanization in China is an inevitable choice of Chinese economic development, and the rapid advance of this process has brought enormous social risk to China. Currently, China is under thee social transformation with high risk and rapid development. The land-lost farmers also are facing social risk.This study attempts to solve the following problems: whether land-lost farmers is connected with social risk? Given that the presence of the social risk faced by land-lost farmers is confirmed, the specific social risks need to be determined. And what are the causes of theses social risks?This paper firstly describes the present situation of the land-lost farmers under new type of urbanization, then studies the descriptions of the different stages of land requisition and demolishing to show the different socials risks faced by the land-lost farmers after land requisition and demolishing. Based on this, the paper explores the causes of the social risks faced by the land-lost farmers in order to find the effective measures to control and avoid the social risks.This research thinks that: the new urbanization is a national strategy, its promotion and implementation is very necessary for China’s economic and social development. But due to various factors in this process,the land-lost farmers face many social risks. Based on the division research of the status of the farmers in and after land requisition and demolishing, it can be found that in the process of land requisition and demolishing, the land-lost farmers face the risk of gambling with the local government and the social risks of survival, development and identification after land requisition and demolishing. However, all these risks are caused by the defects in the system, structure, and practice in China.Therefore, this research starts from analyzing the systems in China including land property right system, system of land acquisition, compensation and resettlement system and social security system; as for the structure, the paper analyzes the city and countryside dual structure and social class structure differentiation; in terms of practice, the paper analyzes the social reasons of the land-lost farmers from the current concept problems. Finally, the paper finds that the social risk control in China should start from three aspects including system innovation, structure adjustment and reiteration of the "people-oriented" concept in new urbanization to comprehensively and systematically straighten out the problem, so as to promote the smooth development of new urbanization, and smooth entrance of the harmonious urban society.
