This paper on the basic theory of Internet banking,through questionnaire survey and expert interview to build model for the study of the main factors affecting tourism business enterprise development strategy, SWOT strategy analysis method and AHP hierarchy analysis method organically, obtains the influence of China tourism electronic commerce enterprise development strategy factors influence value, determine the tourism electronic commerce enterprise in our country should take integrated development strategies that take full advantage of the existing preferential policies and other advantages and avoid the unfavorable factors of enterprise so development strategy. So in order to grasp the Internet Financial Times tourism e-commerce business development opportunities, forming with Chinese characteristics of tourism e-commerce, enterprise cultureto build the core competitiveness of enterprises, to win the future tourism electronic commerce market.
