Study On Project Planning And Control Of Centralized Control Center For New Energy

In this paper,with a new energy centralized control center of my participation in the project as a case,the management process of the project as a content of the study,using case studies form.Focus from project planning, project implementation and monitoring,to explore project management methods and tools with examples of engineering.The construction of a remote control center,realization of wind power, hydro power, solar resource intensive use and integrated management.The project is first of its kind in the power generation industry in Yunnan Province,in the country also is a leading.The project is an innovative project implemented by the regional characteristics,to explore "no duty, less people on duty" remote centralized control management for new energy power plants.This paper focuses on the application of work breakdown structure, network planning technique, responsibility matrix and other project management methods and tools.The main work is as follows:analysis of the needs of enterprise management,propose a typical project description of centralized control center for new energy;decomposition project with WBS method,create a typical project work breakdown structure of centralized control center;formulate the project schedule with network planning technique,explore the ideas and methods of mathematical model for the project;combined with implementation of the project,discussion on project changes to project quality, schedule, cost impact objectives;to probe the applications of responsibility matrix in project schedule management and project quality management.This paper discusses the application of project management methods and tools in the centralized control center project for new energy,combined with particularity the project,hoping to provide some ideas and methods to implement similar projects with reference.
