As the fast development of world economy and modern technology, modern logistics industry has become an important component of modern economy, and an economically integrative service pattern in the process of industrialization. At the same time, fierce market competition forces enterprises devote their continuous attention to on-going improvement of the logistics programming in order to meet users' request for the products. Thus forms a new logistics programming mode. How to build a conformable logistics programming model to provide decision support with quantitative method is an interesting topic deserved study.Bi-level programming emphasizes global optimization of system that has hierarchical structure. That's just characterization of logistics programming problem. So bi-level programming is used to model and solve logistics programming problem in this dissertation. Bi-level model and method in logistics programming are researched based on summarizing relative theory in the paper. The main content is:1.Based on the analysis of content and characteristics of transportation decision-making, a transportation decision-making bi-level programming model is built. Considering the characters of the model, a method based on genetic algorithms is put forward.2 . Distribution center location bi-level programming model with fuzzy parameters is built. Transform the model into fuzzy chance-constrained bi-level programming model using confidence level of max-demand, max-capacity, and max- attraction. Then based on possibility theory, the model is transformed into certain bi-level programming model which can be solved directly. Considering the characters of the model, a search method based on genetic algorithms is designed.3.Bi-level model and method in the programming of logistics center is stated. Based on the study of logistics center's main functions, classes and operation patterns, several bi-level methods and models are analyzed, including: logistics center location decision-making combining routing, customer needs and economical scale. Then a bi-level model of the expansion design for logistics center is stated.4.On the basis of chapter 4 and 5, bi-level programming models in the Tianjin Airport Logistics Park are given.
