A company is online travel company that provides reliable, comprehensive query and information service of tourism products at anywhere and anytime. With advanced intelligent search technology and accurate market positioning, A has been rapid development. As the Internet giant’s move into online travel industry, online travel companies are competing for the user, at the same time, upstream of the tourism product suppliers maintenance also determines the number of products and quality that online travel companies can provide. In order to be able to meet the needs of users, A company introduced new tourism products constantly, increased the supplier service and management, operating costs climbed quickly. However, quality of products and services provided by A company is declining. The satisfaction degree of the customers and merchants also needs to improve.This paper reference the domestic and foreign research results and practical experience. Based the discussion of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma management theory, we compare similarities and differences between lean manufacturing and Six Sigma management, point out the feasibility and necessity of integration of lean manufacturing and six sigma. Then with A company as the research object, we point out that the problems of A company, and discus on the theory of lean six sigma can bring the advantage of A company. Combine with the actual situation of A company, we pointed out the feasibility and guarantee element of implementation of lean six sigma in A company. According to lean six sigma project of twofold screening standard, we screen out suitable projects, to enhance the joining trader satisfaction, we use lean six sigma management method to solve the problems existing in the process, like joining process is not clear, process complex, joining the efficiency is low, low customer satisfaction and so on. According to the different requirements of franchisees, selected project can be divided into three parts application stage, business negotiation, online stage. According to the characteristics of each stage, we use questionnaire investigation, discussion, telephone survey methods respectively to know their requirements. By using process capability analysis, process analysis, value stream map analysis, we found the problems exist in the joining stage, and reduce non-value added activities, and control the results of the improved. By following DMAIC process analysis and optimization, implement the optimized feeding process, we shorten the franchisees to join cycle, enhance business satisfaction results, finally achieve the purpose of improve the efficiency and competitiveness of A company.
