Rural Settlements Spatial Layout And Influencing Factors Of Evolution Research Of Changsha City

The analysis of the influence factors and dynamic regular pattern of rural settlements can provide the foundation of reasonable construction and reduce imbalances about increase and decrease between urban and rural construction land. At the same time has an important reference to other regional which regulate the rural residential land.The digital elevation model and vector data of rural settlements in Changsha city have been analysed by Geographic Information System which with powerful analyzing function, the purpose of which analyze the features of density, size, shape by landscape index, spatial correlation model and spatial variability models is explored the evolution of the spatial layout features. And analysis of influence factors and dynamic regular pattern of rural settlements by the socio-economic and natural geography aspects.The analysis of evolution of the spatial layout features has showed that the overall pattern of rural settlements of Changsha city froml989"West Midlands East sparse" pattern shift to2009of high in the midde and low ends. The spatial distribution of density is obviously different.In size distribution, heterogeneity or instability of rural settlements is decline and spatial aggregation characteristics are gradually increasing trend. The difference of the structural of the spatial form and the characteristics of independent distribution and spatial differentiation is increasing.Space layout evolution of rural residential of Changsha city affected by natural factors and Socio-economic factors. In the Socio-economic factors urbanization and demographic factors have contributed to rural residential area increased. Transport infrastructure influencing and the lack of binding planning, resulting in spontaneous settlements along the lines of communication in rural location, layout confusing.In the nature factors rural settlements dependence on the river system has declined, rural residential gradually migrated to area of a lower elevation, steep, easterly direction, small value topography.
