As the effective measures of modern agricultural production and processing, agricultural standardization with advanced technology, scientific management, through standardized means to regulate agricultural production activity, achieved the best sequences and benefits, have a forceful transformation of the mode of agricultural economic growth.The standardization of agricultural is the technological base of promoting the industrialized operation of agriculture, to solve the issues of agriculture farmer and rural area, make the effective guarantee of agricultural products get into the inter national market. More to be an effective way to ensure and improve the quality and safety of agricultural products, increasing added value of agricultural products, promote the farmers’ income in this way.This thesis mainly study agricultural standardization for the promotion of farmers’ income systematically, from the macro and micro level respectively made a careful study.The main researches on this thesis include:First is the introduction part, this chapter puts forward the research background, purpose and meaning, have a summarized review of the theory and research from international and domestic academics, introduce the research methods, research contents, and some innovations which may made in this paper. Second is the essential theories and practical researches of agricultural standardization, mainly includes the analysis of agricultural standardization theories and the international and domestic development status quo, define the concept of agricultural standardization, and expound the theories of agricultural standardization, the standardization of agricultural characteristics, classification, and conditions, contents and structure as well as the significance of the comprehensive elaboration, and introduction to the development present situation at home and abroad. Third is the mechanism studies of the agricultural standardization promote farmers’ incomes,this part analyzes the mechanism studies of agricultural standardization to promote farmers’ income, and the system in this paper expounded the status of farmers’ income, the significance of increasing farmers’ income and the restriction factor. In this way, raises the correlation between agricultural standardization and farmers’ income. Four is the empirical study of the agricultural standardization how to promote farmers’ income, mainly through comparing the three industry standardization planting input and output indicators of non-standard planting farmers and profit situation, comparing input-output ratio and cost benefits, it is concluded that standardization can effectively increase farmers’ incomes. Five is the conclusion and policy suggestion, this part of the study made a summary and discussion to this article, in order to promote agricultural standardization level of hunan province to promote concrete ideas and suggestions of increasing farmers’income, regulating the administrative power to guide covers, improve standardization popularity; To promote agricultural products certification, to create green advantage agricultural products brand; To strengthen the agricultural standard, improve the agricultural standardization system; To strengthen the construction of quality supervision system, the establishment of long-term quality inspection supervision mechanism; To strengthen the construction of talent team, To improve farmers’ land circulation, and promote agricultural standardization demonstrative construction; To strengthen the government macroeconomic regulation and control, and introducing market mechanism.However, there is a gradual processes of the development of agricultural standardization, the government should according to the local actual situation, on the premise of fully respecting farmers choose, give full play to the local features and regional characteristics to promote agricultural standardization, perfect the relevant policy system and mechanism, promote an rapid, stable, sustained and healthy development for agricultural standardization.
