In recent years, Agriculture standardization has already got the attention of the party and state. Speeding up the agriculture standardization implementation is conducive to ensure the food safety, increase the peasant’s income, change the agriculture development way, strengthen agriculture competitiveness and drive the rural economy development. And Farmers’professional co-operatives is one of important carriers in implementing agricultural standardization, which is more and more prominent to play the role in pushing agricultural standardization popularization and promotion. But it is also restricted by various factors in the process of implementing, for example, the market risk threat is big, the development fund is shortage and the fanners’ enthusiasm is poor and so on, and which is urgent to study and solve. In this paper, it is to study the influencing factors in the process that Sichuan planting kind of Farmers’ professional Cooperation implement standardized production behavior, which can not only enrich and deepen the theory research of farmers’ professional co-operatives and agriculture standardized, but also it has great practical significance to promote Sichuan farmers’ professional co-operatives fully implement the standardized production.Firstly, this paper reviews the research achievements of domestic and foreign agriculture standardization implementation, and it applies the system innovation theory, the team production theory and organization theory to analyze briefly the implementation standardized production of the farmers ’professional cooperatives. The conclusion is that Farmers’ professional co-operatives organizes farmers to implement standardized production, which is a kind of team production in essence, and which also means a system reform and innovation to traditional agricultural production way in the conditions of market economic interests temptation and the guidance of national policies. However, it needs create three basic conditions, as follows economic incentives, internal balance system and focus on improving the efficiency.Secondly, on the basis of the development status overview analysis of Farmers ’professional cooperatives in Sichuan province, it is to design questionnaires and select planting kind of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Sichuan province as the research object, to conduct field research and get first-hand material. It is to descriptive statistics analyze the implementation certification, the implementation motivations, restricting factors, help and services provided by the government, service provided by cooperatives, production supervision, the type of agricultural marketing implement standardized before and after, production costs, sales profits, obtained social effects and economic effects.Once more, on the basis of the theory and the current situation analysis, it puts forward the influencing factors hypothesis of Sichuan’s planting kind of farmers’ professional co-operatives implement standardized production, and it builds a binary logistic econometric model, and selects the data from the questionnaire survey and tests the hypothesis. And chiefs their own characteristics factors, cooperatives internal factors, external factors and the factor of agricultural product type are analyzed. It is concluded that the factors of the person in charge of the cooperative are not significant, and market distance, annual profit amount, scope of services, the number of members, the number of land acres and agricultural brands and government’s support are significant influencing factors. Then, it selects the typical co-operatives case to analyze deeply, and it verifies that the cooperatives scale, the support of local government and annual profit are significantly affect on standardized production implementation. In addition, the price of agricultural products, the product quality request of the enterprises and financial support of the financial departments are also significantly affect on the cooperatives implementation standardized production.At last, according to the problems of existed in the conclusion and the present situation, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects:(1) It suggests that the government departments should provide more support to agriculture standardization.(2) It suggests that cooperative should intensify agriculture standardization construction.(3) It should arouse the enthusiasm of members participate in agriculture standardization production.(4) It should further expand the cooperation of agricultural enterprises and the cooperatives.
