Effects Of The Construction Of Agricultural Two Zone On The Growth Of Farmers’ Income

The construction of agricultural two zone has played an important role in promoting farmers’ income growth. In this paper, we took Deqing county agricultural two zones construction as an example, analyzed its construction history, status, success and problems, discussed its affect mechanism theoretically, and then analyzed its impacts on farmers’ income growth through an econometric models. Finally, we build a long-term mechanism for sustainable growth of farmers’ income from the perspective of the construction of agricultural two zone.The main results and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the construction of agricultural two zone achieved good results in Deqing county, which played an important role in promoting farmers’ income growth significantly.Secondly, there still exist many constraints in farmers’ income growth in Deqing county currently, to resolve the problem of slow growth of farmers’ income need to focus on land system, fiscal policy, human capital and social capital.Thirdly, econometric analysis showed that, the construction of agricultural two zone in Deqing county has a significant positive effect on farmers’ per capita net income, agricultural income and non-agricultural income.Last but not least, under the background of the construction of agricultural two zone in Deqing county, to increase farmers’ income, innovation driven, industry driven, employment driven and construction driven needed.
