The Research On The Coupling Relationship Between Urbanization And Eco-environment Of Hohhot

Urbanization is an important feature of contemporary development, is a sign of human civilization and social progress, and is also a historical topics which can not be avoided in the national and regional development. But urbanization is a doubler-edged sword, on the one hand, it can promote the economic development for the city and improve people’s living standards, on the other hand, it also bring series of difficulties such as environmental pollution 、 employment and housing congestion due to the over-concentration of urban population and industrial. Now it is a strategic opportunity period for the social and economic development of our country, it is also a crucial period for our country to face the coexistence of the contradictions of social conflicts and ecological environment problems.Therefore, it is very important for the health and sustainable development of urbanization to discuss the coordinated development between urbanization and eco-environment, and at the same time to prevent and treat the environmental problems caused by the urbanization process from the root.This study uses the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, statistical analysis and econometric analysis to make a deep study on the dynamic relationship between urbanization and the changes of industrial structure. There is a popular belief among scholars that the coupling relationship between urbanization and eco-environment can be presented as dynamical action and reaction, therefor the article study the coupling mechanism based on dynamical dynamic model.Based on the scentific definition of urbanization and ecological environment, we establish the target system of the urbanization and ecological environment in Hohhot, and compute the comprehensive evaluation index. Furthermore, the current situation of the urbanization and ecological environment is assessed. The results show that the comprehensive level of urbanization and ecological and environmental quality are developing stably. However, comprehensive level of urbanization also lags behind, and the mission of transfer of population and ecological environment is still very difficult. Social urbanization level is low and he ecological environment pressure highOn the base of analysing the relationship between urbanization an devolution of industrial structure theoretically, we establish VAR model and make some dynamic econometric analysis of relationship between comprehensive level of urbanization and relevant index of ecological environment by combining cointegration analysis, impulse response analysis and variance decomposition. The result shows that the increase ofeco-environment pressure can reduce economic urbanization while the economic urbanization can push the eco-environment pressure. When the economic urbanization and the state of the ecological environment take pressure on each other,the one which is pushed fluctuates in short and come back to stability.Calculation the coordinating index and the coupling coordination index of Hohhot urbanization and eco-environment, from which we can learn the two indexes stay stable in general,unless little drop.Offering proposal on harmonious development of Hohhot urbanization and eco-environment based on the results.
