The Performance Evaluation Of Jindong Forest Farm Based On The AHP Analysis Method

For over half a century, as a significant and special Chinese forestry system,the state-owned forest farms in China has gradually become the vital barrier of ecological security,it is the important place for wood production and biodiversity,and it is also an essential base of scenic resources.At the same time, it is an organic part of the new rural construction in China.In recent years, the improvement of the state-owned forest operation efficiency has been the focus of the industry,as an effective management, performance assessment has considerable influence on the achievement of organization target.The performance evaluation of the state-owned forest farms plays an important role in the construction of ecological security and ecological civilization.The thesis constructs the management performance evaluation index system of the Jindong forest farm based on AHP analysis method, the analysis for the management performance evaluation objectives and contents of Jindong forest farm shows that the human resources management of Jindong forest farm is not effective, especially the management of the performance management system. Aiming at the present situation, the performance evaluation objective of the Jindong forest farm should be established in the effect and efficiency of the ecological public service and its own development. According to the basic principles of performance assessment,and following the principles of governance, comparability and cost-benefit.This thesis has determined the study of three aspects, such as ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit, and so on.Then it discussed the future development of the management performance assessment system in the Jindong forest farm,which aim is to provide effective and practical performance appraisal system for the sustainable development of the Jindong forest farm,and specify the direction for the development of the Jindong forest farm.The conclusion shows that the performance evaluation system of Jindong forest farm can assess the level of management in Jindong forest farm.In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the Jindong forest farm,it should be based on sustainable development.It realized the coordinated development of the three basic interests of the forest, forest zone and forest people.The thesis made a priority attention of ecological benefits and human oriented, then it optimized the rational allocation of resources.At the end,it gradually improve the economic strength and market competition of the Jindong forest region, and realize the health and sustainable development of the Jindong forest farm.
