Changes And Evaluation Of Forest Resources In Guangxi San Men Jiang Forest Farm

Guided by the reform plan of state-owned forest farms, based on the forest resources second-class survey data of state-owned San Men Jiang forest farms in 2004,2009 and 2013, the paper analyzed the forest resources of the dynamic changes.According to the comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluation of forest quality in different years was carried out. In this paper, the relationship between forestry policy, industrial structure, technological innovation and the dynamic changes of forest resources over the past ten years was discussed in the light of the results of forest farms and the reform of state-owned forest farms. The objective and subjective factors affecting the sustainable development of the state-owned forest farms and the impact of the management strategies on the changes of forest resources were discussed. The main conclusions were as follows:During the period of 2004-2013, due to the verification of forest land rights and the adjustment of forestland protection and utilization planning, the area of forest land occupied by the surrounding masses gradually increased. Forest farm vigorously to create fast-rotation eucalyptus short rotation of industrial raw material forest, forest land utilization, forest cover and tree greening rate first increased and then decreased.Forest reserves decreased first and then increased, of which public welfare shelter forest area and the accumulation of increasing trend. The reduction of timber forest and economic forest in commercial forest showed the dynamic change of the growth of the forest. The overall ecological service function of the forest farm had a decreasing trend, but as a commodity-producing state-owned forest farm, the forestry industry value and per capita income have been improved.Based on the comprehensive evaluation, of forest resources quality, the weight value and index value of each index in the system were selected as the evaluation basis of this study by judging the scale method of matrix elements. The forest quality of the state-owned San Men Jiang Forest Farm in Guangxi belongs to the middle of 2004, the year of 2009 is good, and the quality of the forest resources was on the rise in the past ten years (2004-2013). Forest intrinsic value and forest productivity had been excellent, forest service effectiveness had been improved from poor to excellent,and forest structure had been maintained at a moderate level.The change of forest resources was affected by the functions of state-owned forest farms, forestry policies, industrial structure and development of science and technology, and the orientation of forest policies in different periods was particularly significant. With the demands of national macro-policies in different periods, it was necessary to adjust,reform and consummate the forest management system and played a positive role in guiding the forest resources to more scientific and reasonable direction.The observation and analysis of forest resource change is a long-term and important work. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and large-scale data such as "Internet +", forestry science and technology plays an important role in the development of state-owned forest farms. San Men Jiang Forest Farm should strengthen the cultivation of professional and technical backbone, enhance the overall scientific research strength of forest farmland, perfect the management mechanism of dynamic monitoring of forest change, and use advanced and targeted software information analysis system to establish long-term data chain analysis, and gradually to the forestry information, information and diversification of the efficient forestry management system. To deal with the San Men Jiang Forest Farm and the surrounding masses of land relations, and fundamentally prevent illegal occupation of forest land behavior, to ensure the harmony and stability of forest and sustainable development of forest.
