To adopt the study the questionnaire method employee measured the level of job stressor. Psychological capital and workplace deviance behavior among 306 enterprise employees by using.To adopt the questionnaire method,the study measured the level of enterprise employees’ job stressor,psychological capital and workplace deviance behavior among 306 enterprise employees by using enterprise employees job stress scale,psychological capital questionnaire and workplace deviance behavior scale and examined the moderate effect of psychological capital on the relation between job stressor and workplace deviance behavior.The result of the study shows that:1.There are significant differences on the dimensions of the three scales,in different dimographic variables the difference also appear;2.The dimensions of enterprise employees job stressor seems positively correlated with the dimensions of the workplace deviance behavior;3.Psychological capitial is negetive correlated with workplace deviance behavior and its dimensions;4.Psychological capital shows moderating effect to the relationship between enterprise employee job stressor and workplace deviance behavior.Concrete as follows: with the increase of the psychological capital the influence which work load make will be more powerful to the organization deviance behavior.Moderating effect is significant between conflict with leader and workplace deviance behavior corporate govermance and workplace deviance behavior and the dimension of conflict with colleague and workplace deviance behavior.
