Power marketing work is a core business in power company, which can directly affect the quality of power supply enterprise’s survival and development. With the deepening of China’s social reform, because of the county power enterprises is in the end due to the sale of part of the electricity supply, problems and contradictions in daily power marketing is gradually emerging. In particular, the central government introduced the "Opinions on Further Deepening the reform of power" (in Fa [2015] No.9) in this year. The reform ideas which is made an orderly sale of electricity market liberalization is proposed. The risk in power supply enterprise marketing is more prominent. It is urgent to build a sound risk control mechanism Power Marketing imminent.In this paper, the elements of risk in power marketing is discussed based on the operating characteristics of power marketing. The power supply enterprise marketing point of each risk is listed and detailed analysis of the five key risk points, each risk point source is detailed analysis, and analysised attributed and classificated reasonable in county power enterprises. Comparison on Business expansion control management, business operations, electricity safety, service and market power, the internal control system is proposed applying in county power supply enterprise risk management and control of electric power marketing. From the respect of technical, management, law, service and team building, the risk control means is proposed, and the prevention and control measures is elaborated in five risk sources of power combined with the characteristics of county power enterprises, by means on sound organization, improving the system, effectived supervision. Finally, in connection with customer structure, business expanding, tariff recovery and the services in recently, the main risk points and causes of risk in Yuyao supply companies is analyzed, by means of the establishment of risk management and control system, risk contingency plans, strengthening the internal process management and rectification, Proposed rationalization proposals is put forward in Yuyao Power Marketing in connection with Yuyao power company for the specific reality. This paper analyze the main risk points in Yuyao supply companies which exist in the current power marketing work, propose rationalization proposals in risk prevention which focus on the power supply contract management, tariff recovery, business expansion management, service, and provide a very meaningful reference for the county power supply enterprise marketing risk prevention.
