Management is the management of people, things, objects, which is a process of organization by the management of tube, pipe material and the steward to a better achieve of objectives. The enterprise salary management is to pipe through the salary to achieve profit during the management of human resource, which let people making better services for enterprises, so that the enterprises can have a better market competitiveness.In this paper, the author uses the knowledge of economics, management science and management of human resources to do a study of adjustment and perfection for the Ningbo Dongyao automotive company salary system. The author firstly introduces the background, purpose, significance and the salary management research status both at home and abroad, and also summarizes the designed system of the salary management of enterprise, in this paper, we dim that the salary system and daily salary management is related to the theory of humanity hypothesis, demand and incentive theory. Based on these methods, the author introduced the objectives, principles, specific contents and methods of enterprise’s salary management system, which is helpful to adjust and perfect the salary management for the next step of the current plan. Then, this paper carries out a thorough research on the Dongyao automotive companies and proposed the theory of increasing the value as the core index management employee salary incentive system to economy.The new compensation system covers the total staff of the company after adjustment and improvement. The principle and method of the design of the compensation system is strictly designed in the management of human resources, and the original compensation system has been adjusted and added, so that the company’s pay system can be more scientific and reasonable, thus can solve many problems in the existing compensation system of Dongyao automotive company successfully.
