| Power is an important energy resource in China’s energy consumption account for the composition of dominant position. A stable electricity supply is directly related to the production operation and the normal life of ordinary residents. With China’s sustained rapid economic growth, demand for electricity will continue to increase. A large number of power projects have been constructed. Carrying out post project evaluation on power construction projects actively could provide the basis for follow-up project, and help policy makers to improve decision making and investment benefits, and give lessons for future decision-making and management of investment projects.This paper starts from the theories and methods of power construction project post evaluation, and makes a post project evaluation on the San He Power Plant Phase II Project. Firstly, the paper analyzes the research status in China and abroad, and describes the basic theory of post project evaluation. Then, the paper makes an in-depth analysis of practical significance of the post project evaluation of power transmission and transformation project. In view of the post project evaluation of power transmission and transformation project involves many influencing factors and has a comprehensive system, the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation, using comparative analysis, AHP, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey correlation analysis based on a lot of research and in-depth analysis. At the end, the paper summarizes the conclutions and makes the outlook for future research work. |
